Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hey y’all, I’m Keri, wife to my amazing husband, mama to three wild and wonderful kiddos, and the heart behind Memphis Lane Cabins. We fell in love with Broken Bow over ten years ago and dreamed of creating a place where families and friends could slow down, reconnect, and truly enjoy time together surrounded by the peace of the pine trees. Mountain TLC was designed for gathering. It is a spacious, family-friendly retreat made for big laughs, late nights, game time, and unforgettable memories. From the cozy living spaces to the outdoor areas made for relaxing, this cabin is all about comfort, connection, and making everyone feel right at home. When we’re not hosting, you’ll usually find us chasing kids around the farm, riding horses, rodeoing, camping, or soaking in sunsets from our front porch.
